I didn't find this work by accident.
One workshop was all it took. Something shifted that afternoon — and hasn't shifted back since. I realised that movement is a language none of us have to learn to speak. It's already in us.
I work with adults who are tired of holding it together. Who've been told — or told themselves — that what they're feeling isn't that serious. Who've tried talking about it, maybe even to a therapist, and still walked away feeling like something wasn't reached.
I experienced firsthand what movement can do for the parts of us that talking alone can't reach.
This isn't a clinical space. It isn't formal or intimidating. It's more like talking to someone who genuinely gets it — except we might also move, create, or just sit with what's real that day.
You don't have to have it figured out to begin.
